Olivier Sibony is a French academic and author specializing in behavioral strategy, focusing on how cognitive biases and heuristics shape strategic decision-making. He is a Professor of Strategy and Management at HEC Paris and an Associate Fellow of Saïd Business School at Oxford University. He co-authored the New York Times best-seller "Noise: A Flaw in Human Judgment" with Daniel Kahneman and Cass R. Sunstein. Previously, he spent over two decades at McKinsey & Company, rising to senior partner in 2004.
