Dalai Lama

The result of countless hours of discussions between the Dalai Lama and American psychologist Howard C. Cutler, “The Art of Happiness” deftly combines the Buddhist understanding of the issues pertaining to mental health and human wellbeing and the current scientific perspective on the same matters.
