Lady Anne Glenconner was born Lady Anne Coke in 1932, the eldest daughter of the fifth Earl of Leicester. In 1956 she married Colin Tennant, Lord Glenconner, and remained with him until his death in 2010. She was a Maid of Honor at the Queen’s Coronation in 1953, and Lady in Waiting to Princess Margaret from 1971 until Princess Margaret’s death in 2002.
