Susan Cain

Susan Cain is an American writer, lecturer, and co-founder of the Quiet Revolution, a mission-based company dealing with the role of introversion in children, people’s lifestyle, and workplace. Before she dedicated herself to a quiet family life of writing at home, Cain worked as an attorney and later as a negotiations consultant for seven years. “Quiet” brought her an international success, inspired her 2012 TED talk, and has since been encouraging the introverts to step into the spotlight.
