Salim Ismail

Salim Ismail is a keynote speaker, strategist, and Canadian entrepreneur. He travels extensively talking about topics such as innovative technologies and their impacts on various industries. Salim spent the last 4 years building Singularity University as its Executive Director and co-founder and is currently the University's Global Ambassador. Singularity University is headquartered at NASA's research center and is training a new generation of leaders to manage exponential growth technologies. Before that, as Vice President of Yahoo, Salim created and managed Brickhouse, Yahoo's international incubator. His latest company, Angstro, was sold to Google in August 2010. He founded or operated 7 new companies, including PubSub Concepts, which created a part of the foundation for the Internet in real time.
