Kim Scott

Kim Scott is the cofounder and CEO of Candor, Inc. and the developer of the “radical candor” management philosophy. In the past, she has led AdSense and YouTube, worked at Google, and been an advisor at Dropbox, Kurbo, Qualtrics, Shyp, Twitter, and several other tech companies. In addition to “Radical Candor,” she has also authored three novels: “Virtual Love,” “The Househusband,” and “The Management Problem.”
