Games People Play

Eric Berne

“Games People Play” explores the psychological games we play, games you might think you don’t play. These games are unconscious interactions, and most of them destructive. In his astonishing book, psychiatrist Eric Berne reveals both functional and dysfunctional social interactions, exposing some of the rules to avoid them, and the reasons why you should grow up and stop playing them.
