About the Author

Walter Isaacson is a professor of history at Tulane University. He served as president and CEO for the Aspen Institute, a CNN chairman, and editor of Time magazine. Isaacson is also the author of multiple biographies including “Leonardo da Vinci,” “American Sketches,” “Einstein,” “Kissinger,” and “Benjamin Franklin.” He is a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, the Royal Society of the Arts, and the American Philosophical Society.
