Roger Connors

Roger Connors is an American management consultant and author. He is the co-author of four top-selling books on workplace responsibility, The Oz Principle, Change the Culture, Change the Game, How Did That Happen ?, and The Wisdom of Oz. In 1989, Roger Connors, along with Tom Smith, founded Partners In Leadership, an international management training and consulting firm specializing in workplace responsibility. Their training materials have been translated into 14 languages ​​and have held workshops in more than 100 countries. They have developed the "Three Tracks to Create Greater Accountability," a systematic training methodology that helps individuals and organizations become more accountable for achieving business results.
