Richard H. Thaler

Richard Thaler is an American economist. Through his collaborations with Daniel Kahneman and Amos Tversky, he not only contributed to defining the field of behavioral economics, but also brought it to academic prominence. For this, he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Economic Science in 2017. He is best known to the public for his bestselling books “Nudge” (with Cass Sunstein) and “Misbehaving.”
