Robert J. Waldinger

Dr. Waldinger received his AB from Harvard College and his MD from Harvard Medical School. He teaches psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and directs the Harvard Study of Adult Development at Massachusetts General Hospital. He is also a co-founder of the Lifespan Research Foundation. Apart from ‘’The Good Life,’’ he has published ‘’Fundamentals of Psychiatry,’’ ‘’Effective Psychotherapy with Borderline Patients,’’ and ‘’Psychiatry for Medical Students.’’
