John Gottman

Widely considered one of the most influential therapists of the modern age, John Gottman is an award-winning American psychological researcher with four decades of experience researching marital stability and divorce prediction. Professor emeritus of psychology at the University of Washington, he has authored more than 200 academic papers and more than 40 books. He has also cofounded, with his wife, the Gottman Institute, a renowned relationship therapy center.
