John Cleese

John Cleese is an English actor, comedian, and screenwriter. He is one of the cofounders of the legendary Monty Python comedy troupe, writing and performing in the TV series and each of the troupe’s five movies. Later on, he cowrote the now classic sitcom “Fawlty Towers,” as well as the Academy Award-nominated movie, “A Fish Called Wanda,” and its spiritual sequel, “Fierce Creatures.”
