Randall Munroe is an American physicist, engineer, and cartoonist. After graduation, he got a job building robots at NASA, but left in 2006 to draw comics on the internet. He is best-known as the creator of the xkcd, “a webcomic of romance, sarcasm, math, and language.” He has released four spinoff books from the comic: “xkcd: volume 0,” “What If?” “Thing Explainer” and “How To.”
